Sean Yang, Tender Department Head: Sean graduated with a degree in civil engineering in the late nineties. He was working alongside Gary in the late 2000s for a German Construction company in China before joining Gary in 2014 as the head of the tendering department, a role he had excercised many years.
Yongwei Xiao, Design Department Head: Yongwei Xiao graduated from Tongji University in the mid nineties with a degree in mechanical engineering. He was working alongside Gary in a well known German construction company and was responsible for the design of more than 50 design and turnkey foreign invested projects. He joined CND in 2017. Yongwei is a licensed mechanical designer with many years experience in a well known Chinese Design Institute.
Ingo Sibbe, Operation Director: Ingo graduated from Aachen University of Applied Sciences in the 90s with a diploma as a structural engineer. His interest in China led him start his career in the late nineties in China where he worked alongside Gary in a well known German Construction Company. In 2010 he joined another firm as shareholder to realize a series of large automotive projects for foreign Clients. After a short stint in Canada Ingo joined his friend Gary as a shareholder to help Gary realize his vision.
Gary Su, founder: Gary graduated from Technical University of Dresden, Germany, with a diploma in civil engineering in the 90s. He worked in a well known German Construction Company in China until 2010 in leading roles. In 2010 he founded his own company CND in order to serve his Clients better and live his mission of providing his Clients with the best service in China with "German Quality, Chinese Prices and Chinese Speed". Since the start of his company Gary takes pride in each of his engineer colleague and of his more than 100 projects, having served his Clients with his team as good as he could.

In the early 2000s he worked alongside Gary and Ingo on several state of the art projects. He joined Gary in 2013 and since then was the responsible Project Manager and Director for a series of outstanding projects like the 190 Mio RMB Marquardt project in Weihai.
Esso Zeng, PMP certified project manager, with more than 15 years of experience in construction for industrial project in China, Esso Zeng, had his education and training in construction in the UK and Australia and got both bachlor and master degree in construction project management. Under Gary and Ingo's cultivation, he currently has undertaken the project director role for Audi-FAW NEV project for CND. He belives that extraordinary project management will help client's organizational goals secured from the starting line and seize continous satisfaction.
