Due Dilligence
As a company with a strong engineering background paired with the experience as a contractor and as a consultant on many high quality foreign invested projects, CND is often asked by clients to cary out due dilligence services. That can be a range of topics like inspecting a potential rental facility and lay down in a report if the facility serves the clients technical and operational needs. It can also mean that when a client is not happy with the quality of a project, especially if it is at the end of a project that CND makes an independent 3rd party assessment of the quality, the commercial aspects or design issues and lists these findings in a detailed due dilligence report. These are only a few examples where due dilligence services are beneficial to a Client.
