Shanghai CND Construction Consulting Co. Ltd. and CND Construction Co. Ltd. were founded in 2010 by Gary Su. Gary Su studied in the 1990s civil engineering in Germany and since then he had the vision to realize complex projects in China with "German Quality at Chinese Prices and with Chinese Speed". Through trust from his Clients gained in previous projects Gary and his team of 66 bilingual professionals, Gary realized with the Boysen Langfang, Hebei, Project his first 100 Mio Plus RMB facility in 2013/ 2014 and received outstanding recognition from his Client resulting in further projects for Boysen. In 2019 Gary's team completed the largest project so far: the 190 Mio RMB greenfiled clean room facility of Marquardt in Weihai, Shandong.
Since 2010 CND has completed more than 60 foreign invested projects in China from small 1 Mio RMB fit out projects to the 190 Mio RMB Marquardt project. Chinese Clients realized CND's quality approach and reliability and since 2019 Gary has also executed Chinese State of the Art facilities like a 30,000 sqm large imported meat processing facility in Ningbo. More and more Clients choose to engage CND as their trusted partner since engaging a Construction Company who operate with their own GC license has many advantages and since "Gary's mission is also that every project is important for CND no matter how small or big." In 2020 Gary asked his friend Ingo Sibbe with whom he realized several German invested projects in China in the early 2000s as colleague and who managed more than 50 projects in China for Clients like Volkswagen, Daimler, BMW to join CND to further strengthen the organization and continue CND's successful approach as the "One-Stop Provider for Building Projects" in China for international investors.
