Preplanning
When a Client chooses CND as their partner for the initial stage of a project, the first step is preplanning. This can include as early involvement as site selection due dilligence, public utility planning and consultation, early project budgeting, process layout planning support, etc.. Through CNDs involvement in more than 60 foreign invested projects CND has a good overview about common preplanning issues and through its expertise also in the beginning of a project, CND can provide ad on value. For example CND knows what are the best terms for a Client for getting a public power connection, a gas connection or a city water connection in view of technical solutions but also in view of commercial conditions.
